As recently as 2010, this Cowell was a project boat, with its foredeck removed and its hardware in a bin, waiting for just the right people to adopt her and give her a new life. Chautauqua Lake Twin Tiers ACBS members Tom Calalesina, Rick Couchenour, Andy Robinson and Skip Vincent took on the project, with a result which speaks for itself!
